One of our most effective solutions was to include a promotional piece in a hotel welcome packet handed out to guests as they check in throughout the state. But it had to stand out among all the other promotions. So how did we do it? We designed a card with the single most effective motivator to drive traffic – a discount offer! And we placed the offer boldly in the top two inches of the brochure to be sure it stood tall among all the others.
The good news; everyone loves Pizza. The bad news; Dominos has to compete with dozens of other pizza places in the area, not to mention all the other food choices that abound. So we had to find a way to get people to choose them first without being distracted by competitive promotions.
